Full-Direct Supervision:.
When visits are subject to full-direct supervision, a visit supervisor will remain in the visit room with visit participants at all times. On-site visits at FC generally begin with a minimum of two visits under full-direct supervision. Continued full-direct supervision will be warranted in cases where:

1) Children remain highly and/or persistently resistant to visitation and require the continued support of a visit supervisor.

2) A visiting adult demonstrates inability to interact  appropriately or effectively with children.

3) Supervision is to remain direct by order or the court.

Full-Remote Supervision:
Full-video supervision involves a visit supervisor visually and aurally monitoring all interaction between visiting family members via closed-circuit television. This mode of supervision is used to continuously monitor family members' interactions without a supervisor immediately present in the visit room. Full-video supervision may constitute an intermediate step to less restrictive supervision (intermittent supervision).

Intermittent Supervision:
Intermittently supervised visits are subject to a combination of video, audio, and direct supervision. The visit supervisor escorts parties to their visit room and remains in the room until adults and children have established an appropriate level of comfort. The supervisor then leaves the room, returning periodically or monitoring a family's visit via closed circuit television. All monitoring takes place on a random basis.

Supervised Exchange
Supervised Exchange is supervision of the transfer of the child from one parent to the other. Supervision is limited to the exchange or transfer which takes place at Family Connection. Precautions are taken to assure that the two parents or other individuals exchanging the child do not come into contact with one another.
